Terms of Service
These terms apply to businesses ("Customers") and their users of BeatsReply, operated by Beatscracker, India.
1. The service
BeatsReply provides a web CRM and Android app to collect leads, assign them to a sales team, track calls and follow-ups. Features depend on the plan chosen.
2. Accounts
The Customer's owner is responsible for the users it adds, their passwords and what they do in the account. Each login is for one person on one phone.
3. Customer data
Customers own their data. Customers must have the right to collect the leads they upload and must inform people when calls are recorded. We handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Plans and payment
Plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and can be paid online through Razorpay from Plan & billing in the CRM. No GST is charged. There is no automatic debit; when a plan ends, the account stops working until it is renewed. Customers can export their data before closing an account. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use BeatsReply for spam, unlawful calls or messages, or to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep BeatsReply available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Third-party services such as Meta, Google, IndiaMART and Justdial may change or stop their integrations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the last three months.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Nashik, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
